We have arranged for special guest room pricing at the Hyatt Andaz Capital Gate Hotel and Aloft Abu Dhabi for this event. Room availability and special rates are limited, so make your reservations early to take advantage of the special rates.
Please Note
- Guest room rates are subject to applicable taxes.
- Please make your room reservations as soon as possible. Guest room reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each reservation must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit OR guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold reservations unless they are secured by one of these methods.
- Please pay attention to hotel cancellation policies should your travel plans change.
Hyatt Andaz Capital Gate Hotel
Connected to the convention center via a short outdoor walkway.
Stay in the iconic Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, located only 15 minutes from the airport and key attractions and adjacent to ADNEC, is situated in the iconic Capital Gate. Capital Gate is one of the tallest buildings in the city and is designed to incline 18° west.

There are several emergency numbers you can dial while in Abu Dhabi and elsewhere in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Currency: The UAE Dirham is the currency used in Abu Dhabi.
Tipping: Tipping is not expected but is commonly practiced in the Emirates. Gratuities to hotel and restaurant staff are at your discretion. Many fine dining and high-end restaurants may add a service charge (usually around 10%) and a tourism levy of 6% to your bill.
In Abu Dhabi and all places within the United Arab Emirates the associated plug type is G, which is the plug that has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. Abu Dhabi operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
Your request will be processed within 10 business days. Requests for confirmation letters must be submitted by 31 July 2024. Requests for mailed letters will be reviewed, and additional fees will apply. The confirmation letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. Confirmation letters include only the event title, the dates, the location, the payment confirmation of registration fees, and verification that you are a presenter, if applicable. If you are denied a visa, we will provide you with a full refund as long as we are notified before Thursday, 15 August 2024. Attendees are advised to apply for a visa as early as possible.
US attendees with a valid US passport will automatically receive a visa upon arrival to the UAE and should not request a visa letter.
